1. Keep your mind on the Lord:
"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You". (Isaiah 26:3)
2. Keep in touch with God by prayer:
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which supasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Phillipians 4:6-7)
3. Meditate upon the Word: "For whatever things were written before were written before our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." (Romans 15:4)
4. Yeild your will to God: "Now, no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness." (Hebrews 12:11)
5. Knowing that the Lord will sustain you: Last ,but not least, let us not forget that even through our trials or our circumstances may continue for a long time, the Lord says, " My grace is sufficient for you" (II Cor. 12:9). He will sustain the soul that submits to him and leaves all in his hands.
God has it all under control...Let no one still your joy! Jesus gave you that joy! Have peace of mind in your trials. Have joy in your trials. This joy that I have, the world didn't give it to me, and the world can not take it away...To God be the Glory!
A verse to remember: "Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth (Colossians 3:2)
